The Beer & Cheese Tasting Experience is an exclusive, ticketed event featuring expertly matched cheese and craft beer combos — curated to delight your palate. It’s the only private, paid experience during the festival — and it’s worth every bite and sip.

Your tasting takes place in front of the historic Geyer Brewery Bar, a 163-year-old gem from 1862 — lovingly preserved and now installed inside the Frankenmuth Cheese Haus.

Mike brings his decades-long cheese and deli expertise and pairs it with his love for music in this exclusive tasting he calls Cheese in Concert. Expect to hear stories behind the cheese, tips for pairing like a pro, and the occasional cheddar joke — all served with a side of friendship and flair.
